Calvert-Lewin Keen on Everton’s first team play

Everton star Dominic Calvert-Lewin, who has been playing for the club off the bench has revealed he his pleased with his Everton team. For this special we collaborated with John Wuckle, editor for FootballPredictions.com, to have a brief chat about this subject.

The 20-year-old has found the back of the net four times and creating six assists in 25 Premier League appearances in the 2017-18 campaign.

Lewin has been impressive for his club this season as he is yet to have a 90 minute of the English Top Flight League. And was also left out the squad that played against West Brom in the recent weeks.

In the weekend game, Arsenal defeated Everton in a 5-1 home game, which saw Calvert-Lewin the only goal scorer for the Merseysiders, who is now claiming he looking for a better run of play at the club.

Speaking to Everton TV, Calvert-Lewin said: “I do [feel refreshed], I am young and hungry and want to play every game. I am waiting for my chance – like today [against Arsenal]. I am working hard in training and feel fresh and ready to go.

“The manager told me to run hard: to get forward and back and try to affect the game. I got the goal but, arguably, it was a mistake from myself for Arsenal’s fifth goal, so it was a disappointing afternoon.”

Everton should give the 20-year-old a chance to play a full game as he could be a great impact for the club and further help them in the Premier League. The Toffees will take on Crystal Palace in round 27 of the Premier League. To find more work of John Wuckle and his Premier League predictions feel free to visit their website!
