On-loan Everton striker Moise Kean has been intensely linked with a permanent switch away from Goodison Park, but his brother Giovanni has offered further hints as to Kean’s life off the pitch.

Speaking to Tuttosport [via SportsLens], Kean’s brother indicated that Kean is loving life in the French capital – but added that ‘anything can happen’ in the world of football.

Kean, who scored only four goals in almost 40 appearances for Everton, has seen a fine resurgence on the pitch in Paris.

The 21-year-old, valued at £31.5 million by Transfermarkt, has managed 12 goals in just 23 Ligue 1 appearances in stark contrast to the poor ratio of goals-to-games he garnered in Everton colours.

Even a cursory look at Kean’s Instagram feed corroborates claims he is loving life in Paris, featuring a portrait of a lifestyle awash with designer clothes and flash cars in a capital city famed for its style and panache.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Giovanni talked up the prospect of a permanent move away for Kean:

“I think it’s difficult to imagine him returning to Everton, even if he has a contract with them,” Giovanni Kean said.

“I can ensure he is very happy at PSG. Anything can happen in football. As a Juventus fan, I hope he returns to Juventus.

“He has no hard feelings against Juventus. He is on good terms with the club, and Juve are like a family to him. However, Moise is only focused on PSG and the Champions League”.

With a fresh start in Paris reinvigorating the young marksman’s prospects, a move away seems to be mutually beneficial.

Everton have a chance to cash in on an asset that the club is not dependent on for seasonal success, whilst Kean will surely be looking forward to a longer-term future in Paris or elsewhere.
